The nursing school celebrates Gulf Nursing Day.:
The University ' s College of Nursing, in collaboration with the Dean of Student Affairs, organized today, Wednesday, 30-8-1444, an event to celebrate the "Gulf Day of Nursing" at the College Theatre, in the presence of a number of academic and administrative staff, students and college students.

The College of Applied Medical Sciences, in cooperation with the College of Nursing and Student Affairs, celebrates the International Day of Donation of stem cells. This initiative has been undertaken in the framework of the health colleges ' social responsibility to educate and raise health awareness among members of society, particularly in emerging topics in medical sciences, most importantly stem cell transplant techniques, and significant progress in this technique, especially in the treatment of blood and other immune diseases.
The event included awareness-raising lectures, a companion exhibition, and the publication of brochures to publicize the importance of donation of stem cells and how to register in the Saudi register of stem cell donors.

The nursing school is implementing the "Strengthen your winter immunity" initiative.
Today, the College of Nursing, in collaboration with the Student Affairs Mayor, implemented an educational initiative entitled "Strengthen your vulnerability in winter," in the College lobby, in the presence of a number of female faculty members and students from health colleges.
The initiative included a number of educational pillars, the first containing citrus fruit and species, the second providing the types of vaccines to be obtained against influenza, the third providing food supplements such as vitamins such as folic acid, vitamin C and iron, the fourth containing some sports advice and practices, and the fifth providing hot drinks.
The initiative aimed to raise awareness among female students and reduce the spread of viruses by following a healthy diet.
