I am pleased to welcome you to the webpage of the College of Nursing at Najran University, where the student are the focus of the educational process, its fruit and purpose, and preparing them to face professional life and its challenges in the present and future is the basis that we seek, as we are working in our college to prepare specialized nursing cadres loaded with theoretical knowledge, practical experiences and positive behaviors, which will build a specialized community structure of nursing cadres of high quality in accordance with international standards in the health field. And excellence in all that is offered to the student, to be a beacon in the preparation of generations capable of keeping pace with development locally and globally and a scientific and health radiation center for our society, a leader for development and effective change in everything related to aspects of the nursing field. We are also keen to provide a distinctive educational environment that supports students to develop their knowledge and skills in the field of nursing through advanced academic programs that meet the needs of the labor market to provide it with qualified specialists to practice professional nursing skills based on evidence and keep pace with all developments in the health field.

About the college

The nursing program was established in 1425 AH at the College of Intermediate Health Sciences for Girls, which was then affiliated with the Ministry of Health, then the college was joined by Najran University since its inception, where the college turned into the College of Nursing, and the nursing diploma was bridged to a bachelor's degree in nursing in 1430 AH, which is one of the oldest colleges at Najran University. The College of Nursing includes four scientific departments, namely surgical internal nursing, maternal and child nursing, community health nursing, mental health, nursing management and education. The college offers a bachelor's degree in nursing for boys and girls. The college seeks leadership in nursing education and excellence in community contributions and research production to build an innovative and internationally competitive knowledge society.
