• Overseeing the implementation of administrative and financial regulations and policies at the university.

  • Reporting the commencement of work and resignation or departure of all college employees.

  • Supervising and monitoring the administrative tasks carried out by units under the administration.

  • Ensuring the efficiency and continuous improvement of administrative workflows.

  • Overseeing the prompt procurement of urgent college requirements.

  • Supervising matters related to contracted staff in the college regarding passports (residency permits, visas, travel tickets).

  • Coordinating with relevant entities to manage the college’s facilities, and planning for their maintenance and cleanliness.

  • Organizing regular leave schedules for the college’s administrative, technical staff, support personnel, and workers.

  • Assigning personnel to contact relevant departments for urgent repairs at the college and following up on them.

  • Supervising office allocations and coordinating the use of seminar halls to ensure optimal utilization.

  • Overseeing attendance and absence records for administrative and technical staff.

  • Monitoring the preparation and maintenance of classrooms regularly.

  • Preparing annual and periodic reports on the work of the administration and its affiliated units and submitting them to the Dean.

  • Supervising the financial affairs and entrusted assets of the administration in accordance with regulations and policies.

  • Executing any tasks assigned by the Dean.
