           The Department of Nursing Management and Education is one of the academic departments of nursing at Najran University and aims to prepare graduates with the necessary skills to excel in the fields of nursing management and education and prepare them to lead the nursing process in a competitive manner locally, regionally and globally through the educational courses provided by the department in the fields of nursing administration, foundations of education, teaching, quality management and nursing ethics, and the importance of nursing management and education in supporting health services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We in the Department of Nursing Management and Education seek to keep pace with national and international quality standards to raise the level of graduates of the department by creating the appropriate educational environment and active education to suit the labor market with high efficiency..
