• Follow-up and coordination with quality coordinators in the various academic programs within the college regarding the fulfillment of the requirements of the Teaching and Learning Standard.
  • Monitor the development and improvement of teaching and learning resources and facilities, such as libraries, laboratories, lecture halls, and computer/Internet rooms across the different programs.
  • Oversee the enhancement of academic advising, guidance, and student support services, and prepare the corresponding annual reports.
  • Review study plans, course and program specifications, course and program reports, and comprehensive summary reports to ensure compliance with the standardized templates of the Teaching and Learning Unit at the Deanship of Development and Quality.
  • Follow up on the implementation of performance quality improvement plans for the college’s programs and conduct periodic evaluations of their outcomes.
  • Monitor the preparation of reports on program performance quality indicators and program learning outcomes indicators.
  • Follow up on the preparation of annual reports on student progress rates.
  • Prepare a monthly report on the committee’s activities and submit it to the Supervisor of the Development and Quality Unit.
  • Communicate with the Teaching and Learning Unit at the Deanship of Development and Quality and provide it with the required semester and annual reports.
