The Deputy's Speech - College of Nursing
All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
I am pleased to welcome you all—our dear students, both male and female, as well as our esteemed faculty members—into the College of Nursing. The mission of our College rests on two fundamental pillars: our students, who shape its present and future, and our faculty, who represent its academic and professional foundation. Together, our success depends on our ability to work as one team, building an academic environment that stands as a beacon of knowledge, pride, and excellence.
At the Vice Deanship of Academic Affairs, we are committed to providing a stimulating educational environment grounded in quality and academic accreditation, designed to support every student throughout their university journey—from the very first day until graduation. We also work alongside departments and committees to continuously develop curricula, enhance teaching methods, and adopt the latest educational technologies, ensuring that theoretical knowledge is fully integrated with practical training.
I would also like to acknowledge the sincere efforts of our faculty members, who dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to delivering high-quality education and instilling the values and ethics of the nursing profession in our students.
Excellence is never an individual pursuit—it is the fruit of collective effort. Our shared mission is to serve our nation by graduating highly qualified nursing professionals who are capable of making a difference in the healthcare field and contributing to the Kingdom’s vision of a prosperous, healthy future.
In conclusion, the success of the educational process can only be achieved through the integration of our roles: students, by embracing diligence, initiative, and responsibility, and faculty members, by sustaining creativity and dedication in teaching, training, and cultivating an academic environment built on collaboration and innovation.
May Allah guide us all to what is good and grant us success.
