Committee Responsibilities - College of Nursing
- 
	Participate in preparing the annual plan of the College Development and Quality Unit within the assigned scope of responsibilities.
- 
	Promote the concept of strategic planning among the college’s faculty and staff members.
- 
	Monitor the updating of the college’s and programs’ mission statements in accordance with approved systems and procedures.
- 
	Follow up on the achievement of the strategic objectives of the programs and the college in line with approved templates and provide feedback.
- 
	Oversee the implementation of the college’s strategic plan.
- 
	Follow up on the implementation of the university’s strategic plan development projects.
- 
	Monitor the performance of internal quality systems in the programs and provide the necessary consultation and support.
- 
	Train internal auditors within the college to conduct internal reviews of quality systems.
- 
	Conduct internal reviews of the quality systems in the academic programs and provide feedback for improvement.
- 
	Coordinate with the Performance Measurement Committee in developing performance indicators.
- 
	Design follow-up templates for all approved plans implemented by the college unit.
- 
	Monitor improvement plans for all academic and administrative units in the college based on performance indicators.
- 
	Execute tasks, functions, and plans to achieve the committee’s objectives.
- 
	Prepare a monthly report on the committee’s activities and submit it to the Supervisor of the Development and Quality Unit.
