Skills Development Committee

 

 

The committee's tasks are as follows:

1. Preparing the annual plan for internal training at the college according to the study of the training needs at the college.

2. Creating a database related to the training plans and services provided in the areas of comprehensive quality at the college and another related to trainers, their CVs and areas of excellence.

3. Measuring the training impact and preparing feedback reports according to the form prepared by the Skills Development Unit at the Deanship of Development and Quality.

4. Preparing a monthly report on the committee's work and submitting it to the supervisor of the Development and Quality Unit
