The Unit is responsible for preparing the College’s annual internal training plan in accordance with the assessment of training needs. It also establishes a database related to training plans and services offered in the fields of total quality within the College, as well as a database for trainers, including their curricula vitae and areas of expertise. Additionally, the Unit measures the impact of training activities and prepares feedback reports in accordance with the template provided by the Skills Development Unit at the Deanship of Development and Quality.
